A fabulous tool to help bring balance and help mitigate the effects of daily stress, mindfulness is incorporated into the treatment philosophy at Five Stones Healing Arts & Wellness Center in Leesburg, Virginia. It’s a core component of any treatment plan designed to restore and promote wellness. We have created an online mindfulness course for each season for anyone who wants to enhance their wellness journey.
